On Sunday we went to the Cortland parade. One of my co-workers, Kelly, lives in Cortland and is the Assistant Chief on their Fire Department. His wife made a wonderful lunch that included my favorite, deviled eggs....YUMMY! After lunch we headed out to their front yard for the parade. The parade path goes right in front of their house, so we had front row seats. The parade lasted about an hour, we got a ton of candy thrown at us, saw lots of neat floats and cars. Emma enjoyed the parade but some of the sirens were too loud. I haven't been to a parade in a VERY long time, and it was so much fun! Thanks Kelly and Steph for the invite!
